Online Registration
Registration for EORNA 2026 is solely possible via the online registration form.
Upon registration, you are requested to create an account. This will allow you to check your registration and payments as well as to place additional bookings. The account will also be valid for future EORNA Congresses.

Participant type requirements
1 Student Fees: All full-time students are entitled to register at the student rate when uploading a full proof of matriculation (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card or a letter from their institution confirming full time under or postgraduate student status) during the online registration. Please kindly note that students still have to be enrolled at the time of the congress. The collected information will be used to verify the congress registration requirements and will be deleted afterwards.
2 Member Fees: A valid Member Registration Code must be provided to receive the registration for reduced member rate.
Notice for Invoice revision requests:
Any modification of VAT number, address or financial documentation, requested after the issuing of the invoice or receipt, will result in an administrative fee of 30 EUR.
Notice for Badge Printing Service:
Participants receive their name badges at the registration counter. The name badges must be worn in a visible manner by all participants throughout the Event. Access to the Event will be denied without a name badge. A processing fee of 30 EUR will be charged for reissuing the name badge.
Cancellation of Registration:
No refund will be granted, and full cancellation fees will apply.
Payment methods:
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment within 5 working days via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive a payment order including all payment details within 5 working days via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.
The registration for the congress is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned deadlines, the higher fee will apply and you will receive a new invoice from the meeting organization subsequently.
